We hadn’t even started cooking, but the smells from the pre-prepped ingredients made Laurie’s house full of delightful anticipation! I was struck me was how organized everything was for our evening. I learned, that I could prepare for my cooking in the same way. I can focus on what is so obviously true for Laurie: the joy, passion, and love that cooking good and healthy food brings to self and others. It will change my
